By engaging with Kristine Bookkeeping, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. Our services are provided based on a monthly review and consultation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service offerings at any time.

Payment Terms

  • Payments for services provided are due as specified in the service agreement or invoice.
  • Payment can be made through Stripe, and payments must be completed before services are rendered.
  • In the case of late payment, a fee may be applied, and services may be suspended until payment is made in full.

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of the services provided, all fees for bookkeeping services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. No refunds will be provided for services already completed or in progress.

Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information required to perform bookkeeping services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all necessary financial documents are submitted on time for proper record-keeping.
  • You agree to notify us immediately if there are any issues with the information provided.

Limitation of Liability

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the point of termination will remain due.

Any updates to the terms will be posted on our website, and the date of the last update will be noted. Continued use of our services after such changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.
