Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of the services we offer, all fees paid for bookkeeping services are non-refundable. Once we begin providing services, including but not limited to monthly bookkeeping reviews, transaction reviews, and financial oversight, no refunds will be issued.
Reason for Non-Refundable Policy
- Our services are personalized and rendered based on the specific needs of your business. Once the service is provided, it cannot be "returned" or undone, as it is built upon time, expertise, and detailed analysis.
- Payments for services are made to compensate our team for the time, skill, and resources used in providing the services to your business.
- This policy helps us maintain a high standard of service for all clients.
Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel a service before it begins, please notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the service start date. Any payments made will be refunded, minus any applicable transaction fees or administrative costs.
Exceptions
- In rare instances where there has been an error or issue with the service provided, we will work closely with you to address and resolve the problem. However, no refunds will be issued unless a service failure occurs due to an error on our part.
